摘    要:人性化服务是医院工作的重要内容之一,做好人性化服务可以帮助医院走出国境,赢得市场,为医院的发展奠定基础。人性化服务的首要问题是打好主动仗,积极换位思考、主动服务,本文对以上问题进选取较全面的思考。

Abstract:Humanness service is one of the important contents for hospital activities, a better humanness service may help a hospital to get away from difficulties and occupy the market to lay a foundation for hospital development. The priority for humanness service is to take the initiative, to think in a manner of exchanging positions and to actively offer service, the article provides a compre hensive consideration towards the above-mentioned issues.
