日照市某皮鞋厂苯作业女工月经及其生育情况的调查

目的]了解苯作业女工月经及生育情况的变化,分析其危害程度,为预防苯、甲苯的危害提供科学依据。方法]调查苯作业女工月经情况、妊娠经过及婴儿出生情况。结果]调查苯作业女工148人,月经异常88人,患病率59.46%,工龄和患病率呈直线正相关关系。观察组自然流产率18.42%(7/38),低体重儿率13.16%(5/38);对照组为2.94%(1/34)和0.00%(0/34),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]苯、甲苯可导致月经异常改变,患病率和工龄呈正相关关系;观察组的自然流产率、低体重儿出生率均高于对照组,应加强对劳动女工的保护。

Investigation on the Menstruation and Procreation of Female Benzene-exposed Workers

Objective]To investigate the menstruation and procreation of female benzene-exposed workers,and to analyzed the harm caused by the benzene,in order to provide the scientific evidence for prevention of benzene-associated diseases.Methods]The menstruation,pregnancy,and the infants of the female benzene-exposed workers were investigated by questionnaires.Results]Totally 148 female benzene-exposed workers were examined.59.46%(88) had got abnormal menstruation,and there was a linear correlation between prevalence and work age.In these workers,spontaneous abortion rate is 18.42%(7/38),low weight birth rate was 13.16%(5/38).While in the control groups,they were 2.94%(1/34) and 0%(0/34),respectively.There was a significant difference between these workers and control group.Conclusion]Benzene and methylbenzene could cause abnormal menstruation,and there was a positive linear correlation between prevalence and work age.Spontaneous abortion rate and low weight birth rate of benzene-exposed workers were both higher than control groups,which suggested that the protection of these female workers should be reinforced.
