Gp方案联合局部热疗治疗晚期胰腺癌疗效观察

【目的】探讨Gp方案化疗联合局部热疗治疗晚期胰腺癌的协同增敏作用。【方法】39例晚期胰腺癌患者,分为实验组（Gp方案化疗＋热疗）和对照组（单用Gp方案化疗）。实验组分别在化疗周期的第1、8天,静脉滴注吉西他滨1000mg/m2,30min;在化疗周期的第1、2、3天,静脉滴注顺铂25mg/m2,每3周为1周期。每个化疗周期同步热疗3次,分别在化疗周期内的第1、3、5天进行。将患者腹部置于高频透热治疗机两极板间,将温度控制在41～43℃,加热1h。对照组单用Gp方案化疗,治疗剂量及方法同实验组。【结果】实验组的有效率和临床获益率明显高于对照组。【结论】对于晚期胰腺癌患者,化疗联合热疗临床优势明显,逆转了耐药性,近期疗效高,能改善患者生存质量。

Observation on the clinical effect of Gp regimen combined with hyperthermia in treating advanced pancreatic cancer

【Objective】To explore the synergistic effect of Gp and hyperthermia in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer. 【Methods】A total of 39 cases of pancreatic cancer were divided into experimental group （Gp chemotherapy regimen＋ thermotherapy） and control group （ Gp chemotherapy regimen alone）. The patients in experimental group received intravenous drip of gemcitabine （ 1 000 mg/m 2 ,30 min） on 1, 8 day , and received intravenous drip of cisplatin on 1, 2, 3 day in each chemotherapy cycle. The patients in experimental group also received thermotherapy 3 times in the chemotherapy cycle （on 1, 3, 5 day）. Steps of thermotherapy were described as followed, the patients’abdomen was put between the two poles of high frequency diathermy apparatus, and the temperature was confined between 41 and 43 ℃, and the tumor area was heated for 1 h. Chemotherapy regimen in control group was same as that in experimental group.【Results】The experimental group efficiency and clinical benefit rate was significantly higher.【Conclusion】The local radiofrequency hyperthermia combined with Gp is an effective regimen for treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer previously treated with chemotherapy.The regimen could enhance the response rate,improve patients＇ quality of life,and reverse drug tolerance with significantly fewer side effects for advanced pancreatic cancer patients.
