浅谈门诊输液室护生专科入门培训

摘    要:目的:探讨对输液室实习的护生进行专科入门培训的方法和效果。方法:实习生分成两组,一组为实验组,另一组为对照组。实验组采取针对性的专科入门培训后进行实习,对照组不经培训直接进入实习。实习结束后进行两组护生出科前的理论及操作考核成绩、沟通能力、护理安全、临床适应能力比较。结果:经过系统培训后的护生成绩优于未培训的护生;带教老师及护生对培训认可程度均高。结论:对护生进行系统专科入门培训效果优于传统带教方式。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the methods and effects of specialist introductory training to nursing internship in the outpatient infusion room. Methods: Interns were divided into two groups: the experimental group, who had specialist introductory training before the clinical practice, and the control group without any training. After the internship, the two groups were contrasted in such aspects as the test results of theory and operation, and communication skills, nursing safety, clinical adaptive capacity. Results: The performances of nursing students after systematic training are better than those without training. And the training is accepted by clinical teachers and nursing students. Conclusion: The specialist introductory training is better than traditional training.
