摘    要:目的:测定新疆不同地区、不同采集期、不同品种桑叶中水溶性维生素B1、B2(VitB1、VitB2)的含量,以此作为开发利用的标准。方法:采用离子对反相色谱法测定桑叶中的水溶性维生素含量.结果:不同采集期桑叶中VitB1和VitB2的含量基本相同,无明显的变化规律,VitB1和VitB2的平均含量分别为6.10、22.4 μg/g,VitB2的含量大约是VitB1含量的3倍。南疆地区(阿克苏、喀什、和田)的桑叶中VitB1和VitB2的含量比北疆(乌鲁木齐)和东疆(哈密、吐鲁番)地区桑叶中的含量略高。黑桑和白桑中VitB1和VitB2的含量基本相同.VitB1和VitB2的平均回收率分别为97.2%和97.5%,VitB1和VitB2含量的RSD分别为3.45%(n=6)和1.54%(n=6)。结论:用离子对反相色谱法测定桑叶中的水溶性维生素,方法简单、快速,结果准确,重现性好。

Abstract:Objectives: To determine vitamineB\-1 and vitamineB\-2 in mulberry leaves collected in different periods, different places and different kinds in Xinjiang. Methods: A HPLC method was used. Results: The contents of vitamineB\-1 and vitamineB\-2 in mulberry leaves of every month were almost equal, the average content of vitamineB\-2 was three times as high as that of vitamineB\-1. The contents of vitamineB\-1 and vitamineB\-2 in mulberry leaves of sorthen area were a little higher than that of northen area and easten area. The contents of vitamineB\-1 and vitamineB\-2 in mulberry leaves of two kinds were almost equal. The average recoveries were 97.2% for vitamineB\-1 and 97.5% for vitamineB\-2; the RSD were 3.45% (n=6) for vitamineB\-1 and 1.54% (n=6) for vitamineB\-2. Conclusion: The results suggest that this method is simple, specific and accurate.
