| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸腰椎Chance骨折的发生机制及经后路椎弓根钉内固定的疗效分析。方法经后路椎弓根钉内固定治疗Chance骨折23例,致伤节段：T113例,T126例,L18例,L24例,L32例。结果失访3例,余20例均获6个月～5年的随访,随访病例脊柱后柱分离状态均得到明显恢复,无内固定失败及感染等并发症,除Frankel功能分级A级患者神经系统功能无变化外,其余例神经损伤患者均有不同程度恢复。结论Chance骨折经后路椎弓根钉内固定手术治疗,可及时恢复脊柱的稳定性,促进患者康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the mechanism of Chance fracture and the clinical efficacy of Transpedicular screw fixation.Methods 23 cases with Chance fracture were fixed by Transpedicular screw,which there were 3 patients with T11 fracture,6 with T12 fracture,8 with L1 fracture,4 with L2 fracture and 2 with L3 fracture.Results 23 patients were followed up for average 3.9 years ranging from 6 months to 5 years,which showed no operation complications including the failure of the internal fixation and infection.The ne... |
