Survivin在乳腺癌及癌前病变中的表达及P53蛋白关系

目的本实验采用免疫组织化学方法研究了Survivin在乳腺癌组织及癌前病变中的表达情况，并探讨其与突变型P53蛋白表达之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学ABC法检测了10例正常乳腺组织，42例乳腺癌组织（其中浸润性导管癌31例，髓样癌6例，腺癌4例，派杰氏病1例）和乳腺增生组织34例（包括普通增生11例，不典型增生23例）中Survivin、P53蛋白表达的情况，探讨其与突变型P53蛋白表达之间的关系，以揭示Survivin在乳腺癌发生、发展过程中的作用。结果Survivin在乳腺癌组织及癌前病变中表达的组织化学记分和阳性率显著高于正常乳腺组和普通增生组（P〈0．01），P53蛋白在乳腺癌及不典型增生组的阳性率显著高于正常组和普通增生组（P〈0．05）；P53蛋白表达阳性组Survivin的组织化学记显著高于P53蛋白表达阴性组（P〈0．05）。结论Survivin蛋白的异常表达与乳腺癌的发生与发展密切相关，Survivin蛋白表达与P53基因突变相关，两者可能通过某种作用共同参与乳腺癌的发生与发展。

Expression of Survivin in Breast Cancer and Precancerous Lesions and Its Correlation with Expression of P53 Protein

Objective To research the expression of Survivin in breast carcinoma and precancerous lesions and the relationship between Survivin expression and P53 expression in the carcinogenesis precancerous lesions development of breast carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical Avidin - Biotin Complex technique was used to examine the expression of Survivin and P53 protein in 10 cases of normal breast tissue,42 cases of breast cancer tissue, 11 cases of simple hyperplasia and 23 cases of atypical hyperplasia. Results The difference of the histochemical score of Survivin protein was signifi- cant between breast cancer group, normal breast tissue group and simple hyperplasia and atypical hy- perplasia group （P 〈 0. 01 ）, The positive rates in atypical hyperplasia and breast cancer were significantly higher than those in normal breast tissue and simple hyperplasia group （P 〈 0. 05）. In the 42 cases of breast cancer, the histochemical score of Survivin in the P53 positive group was significantly higher than that in the P53 negative group （ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion The aberrant expression of Survivin is closely correlated with the carcinogensis and the development of breast cancer. The expression of Survivin was correlated with the mutation of P53 gene.
