| 摘 要： | 目的了解高校学生干部的人格特质。方法用卡特尔16种人格因素问卷(16PF)对某大学2个学院的40个班级全体学生进行团体测试,将学生干部与普通学生的人格特质对照进行SPSS统计分析。结果男学生干部16PF的A(t=-4.351,P0.01)、C(t=-2.690,P0.01)、E(t=-4.164,P0.01)、F(t=-5.508,P0.01)、G(t=-2.044,P0.05)、H(t=-7.423,P0.01)因子显著高于男性非干部大学生,Q2(t=4.478,P0.01)显著低于男性非干部大学生;女学生干部16PF的A(t=-2.749,P0.01)、E(t=-5.734,P0.01)、F(t=-8.184,P0.01)、H(t=-8.692,P0.01)因子显著高于女性非干部大学生,O(t=2.964,P0.01)、Q2(t=4.033,P0.01)因子显著低于女性非干部大学生。结论男女学生干部相对于同性的大学生在16PF的A、E、F、H因子上表现出高分特质,在Q2因子上表现出低分特质,这5个因子可以作为将来任命学生干部的参考依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the personal traits of college student cadres. Methods All the students of 40 classes were tested by 16PF and the personality differences were analyzed between cadres and students by SPSS.
