| 摘 要： | 目的观察DLF方案化疗对食管癌患者生活质量的影响。方法运用EORTCQLQ-C30量表和食管癌专用量表QLQ-OES18测量DLF方案化疗前后食管癌患者生活质量的变化。结果吞咽困难、反流、疼痛等化疗后得分下降,说明化疗后生活质量改善;躯体功能、认知功能、情绪功能、总体生活质量等化疗后第2天得分下降,而到第2疗程前得分增高,恶心呕吐、疲乏、食欲减低等化疗后第2天得分增高,而到第2疗程后得分下降,化疗后患者无生活质量下降。结论DLF方案化疗能够改善食管癌患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of DLF regimen chemotherapy on quality of life(QOL) in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods: All eligible patients were enrolled.The EORTC quality of life questionnaire(QLQ)-C30 and QLQ-OES18 were used to measure changes in QOL before and after the chemotherapy. Results: The mean scores such as OESDYS,OESRFX and PA decreased after the chemotherapy;the mean scores such as PF,CF,EF and global QOL decreased the second day after the chemotherapy,but before the second chemotherapy the mean scores these increased;the mean scores such as NV,FA and AP increased the second day after the chemotherapy,but before the second chemotherapy the meam scores decreased. Conclusion: DLF regimen chemotherapy improved QOL in patients with esophageal cancer. |
