高效液相色谱法同时测定西沙必利混悬液中3组分含量

目的　建立高效液相色谱法 ,检测混悬液中西沙必利、羟苯甲酸甲酯及羟苯甲酸丙酯含量。方法　以ODS为固定相 ,羟苯甲酸乙酯为内标物 ,以 0 .2 %碳酸铵溶液 -乙腈 -四氢呋喃 (42∶ 39∶ 19)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 38nm,流速 1.0 m L·min-1。结果　西沙必利、羟苯甲酸甲酯及羟苯甲酸丙酯 3组分的理论板数均大于30 0 0 ,分离度均符合要求。样品的平均回收率分别为 99.5 %,99.0 %,10 1.1%,RSD分别为 1.1%,0 .8%,0 .8%(n =6 )。结论　该法操作简便快速 ,结果准确可靠。

Determination of three constituents in cisapride suspension by HPLC

Objective A RP-HPLC method for the determination of cisapride, methyl-and propyl parahydroxybenzoate in suspension was described in the paper. Method The column was packed with ODS, using ethyl parahydroxybenzoate as internal standard. The mobile phase was a mixture of 0.2% ammonium carbonate-acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran(42∶39∶19). Chromatography was performed with ultraviolet detector at 238 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1. Results Plate(n>3 000) and resolution of cisapride, methyl-and propyl parahydroxybenzoate were satisfied. The average recovery were 99.5%, 99.0%, 101.1%. RSD1.1%, 0.8%, 0.8%(n=6). Conclusion This method was simple, rapid and accurate.
