14例狂犬病发病原因分析及防范对策

对14例狂犬病患者发病原因进行回顾性分析。结果表明：犬密度高、管理不到位、疫苗接种率低、疫苗管理不规范、医护人员对狂犬病认识不够是狂犬病发生的主要原因。提示为预防狂犬病的发生，应加大宣传力度、普及狂犬病防治知识；加强对动物的管理；加强疫苗管理和对高危人群的预防接种。一旦被动物咬伤应及早进行联合预防接种；提高早期诊断率、减少误诊；加强医护人员自身防护。

Analysis for the causes of 14 hydrophobia patients and guarding strategies against hydrophobia

By analyzing the causes of 14 hydrophobia patients who had suffered from the hydrophobia, the authors concluded that the main reasons which caused hydrophobia were high density dogs, awful management, lower vaccine incurability, no standard management of vaccine, insufficient recognition of hydrophobia for physicians and nurses etc. In order to take precautions against hydrophobia appearance, people should strengthen defensive works of hydrophobia and generalize the knowledge of hydrophobia. At the same time, people should strengthen the management of the animal and the vaccine further more, inoculate vaccine to the people who have the possibility suffering from the hydrophobia, and should take priority to inoculate the vaccine to the patients as soon as they had been bitted by the animal. In the way, medical staff could improve the level of early diagnosis and decrease the level of the erroneous diagnosis. In addition, the physicians and nurses should defend themselves against the hydrophobia.
