结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻48例临床分析

目的探讨结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻手术治疗的方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年10月—2012年10月该院结肠癌并急性肠梗组48例患者的临床病例资料。结果 48例行手术治疗,其中Ⅰ期切除吻合术38例,Ⅰ期切除、结肠造瘘、Ⅱ期肠吻合术4例,单纯性肠造口术及捷径手术6例。术后并发症6例,其中吻合口瘘1例,切口感染4例。围手术期死亡1例。结论结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻需根据病人个体情况决定手术方式,重视围手术期处理对减少术后并发症、降低病死率十分重要。

Treatment of Acute Ileus In 48 Patients with Colon Cancer

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of treatment of acute ileus in patients with colon cancer. Methods Clinical data of acute ileus in 48 patients with colon cancer were analyzed retrospectively from October 2010 to October 2012. Results 48 patients were treated with surgery, Primary resection and anastomosis were performed in 22 cases,primary resection and colostomy and secondary anastomos in 4 cases, Simple enterostomy and bypass operation in 6 case.6 patients underwent complications, 1 case with anastomotic leakage, 4 cases with wound infection.1 patient died in peroperative period. Conclusion It is important for decreasing complications and fatality rate to select operative method based on individual extensional circumstance and pay attention to the management in peroperative period.
