妊娠期高血压疾病患者凝血指标及血小板参数测定的临床价值

目的探讨研究凝血指标和血小板参数与妊娠期高血压疾病之间的关系。方法将子痫前期患者80例分为轻度、重度子痫前期组各40例,另选同期正常妊娠妇女60例作为正常妊娠组,对3组进行凝血四项和血小板四项检测。结果正常妊娠组、轻度子痫前期组、重度子痫前期组的PT、APTT、TT、Plt、PCT依次下降,Fib、MPV、PDW依次升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凝血指标及血小板参数可准确预测妊娠期高血压疾病的病情进展,准确指导临床治疗。

The Clinical Value of Measurement of Blood Coagulation Indexes and Platelet Parameters in Patients with Gestational Hypertension Disease

Objective Study the relationship between coagulation indexes and platelet parameters and gestational hypertension disease. Methods 80 patients with preeclampsia were divided into mild and severe preeclampsia group with 40 patients in each group, choose normal pregnancy 60 cases into normal pregnancy group,of four items of blood coagulation and platelet four detec- tion of 3 groups. Results The PT, AFFF, TF, Plt, PCT of normal pregnancy group, mild preeclampsia group, severe preeclampsia group were decreased, the Fib, MPV and PDW inturn increases, difference have statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The coagulation and platelet parameters can accurately predict the progression of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy illness, accurate guide clinical treatment.
