CRP和WBC检测在小儿细菌性肺炎、病毒性肺炎中的临床价值

目的探讨不同疾病患儿体内CRP与WBC含量的区别,为临床鉴别小儿细菌性肺炎以及病毒性肺炎提供可靠依据。方法对细菌组肺炎患儿以及病毒组肺炎患儿分别给予临床医学检验,从而测定患者体内C-反应蛋白含量以及白细胞计数情况。指定1～2名固定的具有专业知识的检查人员严格按照说明书对血液样本进行检测。观察并记录两组患儿血液中CRP以及WBC含量情况,并进行统计学分析,得出结论。结果细菌组肺炎患儿体内血液中CRP与WBC含量明显高于病毒组患儿以及对照组健康儿童,且P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义;病毒组肺炎患儿体内血液中CRP、WBC含量与对照组健康儿童对比差异无统计学意义,且P〉0.05。结论对肺炎患儿进行CRP与WBC检测,可根据检测结果准确判断患儿所发生的肺炎类型,从而为医生提供确诊疾病的可靠依据,避免出现误诊漏诊等现象贻误患儿病情,最终提高患儿治疗效果与生存质量,值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Value of CRP and WBC Detection in Children with Bacterial Pneumonia, Viral Pneumonia

Objective To explore the different diseases in children with CRP and WBC content of the difference, for clinical diagnosis of pediatric bacterial pneumonia and viral pneumonia and provide a reliable basis. Methods Bacterial group in children with pneumonia and pneumonia virus group were given clinical laboratory medicine, thus determination in patients with C- reactive protein and white cell counts. Specify one to two fixed with professional knowledge examination personnel in strict accordance with the instructions for a blood sample for testing. Observe and record the two groups in blood CRP and WBC contents, and analyzed statistically, draw a conclusion. Results Bacterial pneumonia in children with blood group CRP and WBC were significantly higher than those in control group group of viruses and healthy children, and P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant; virus pneumonia in children with blood CRP, WBC content and a control group of healthy children, there was no difference, and P〉0.05. Conclusion CRP and WBC detection in children with pneumonia, according to test results in children with pneumonia to accurate- ly judge the types, so as to provide reliable basis for the doctor diagnosed disease, to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of children with the disease phenomena such as delay, ultimately increasing the therapeutic effect and quality of life, worthy of clinical application.
