摘    要:目的:研究观察血液流变学和同型半胱氨酸(HCY)在2型糖尿病合并下肢动脉病变中的变化。方法:选取2型糖尿病住院患者合并有下肢动脉病变(A组)32例,未合并下肢动脉病变(B组)38例,和健康对照组(C组)30例纳入研究,测定3组血流变学指标、HCY。3组同时测血脂、体重指数、血糖、腰臀比等相关临床指标。结果:A、B组同型半胱氨酸、全血粘度、血浆粘度及红细胞压积较C组增高明显(P<0.05),与B组比较,A组同型半胱氨酸、全血粘度、血浆粘度及红细胞压积显著增高(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者普遍存在高HCY血症、高粘滞血症,2型糖尿病合并下肢血管病变变化更明显,HCY升高、血流变异常与糖尿病伴下肢动脉病变有显著相关。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the changes of plasma homocysteine(HCY) and hemorheological parameters in patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with peripheral arterial disease,and to study their relationships.Methods:A total of 70 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into type 2 diabetes complicated with peripheral arterial disease group(A),simple diabetes group(B),and 30 healthy people were selected as control group.Plasma homocysteine and hemorheological parameters including whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit were examined.Blood lipid,blood glucose,body mass index,waist hip ratio were measured in three groups.Results:There were significantly statistical difference in plasma homocysteine,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit in group A and group B as compared with those of C group(P<0.05).Plasma homocysteine and the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit in group A were significantly higher than those in B group(P<0.05).Conclusions:HCY and hemorrheology disorders are common in type 2 diabetes patients,and these disorders are common in patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with peripheral arterial disease.High HCY levels and abnormal hemorrheology are significantly associated with type 2 diabetes complicated with peripheral arterial disease.
