依达拉奉治疗对脑卒中患者神经功能的影响

目的:探讨依达拉奉治疗对脑卒中患者神经功能的影响。方法:选择脑卒中患者90例,对照组45例,给予阿司匹林肠溶片和复方丹参注射液的基本药物治疗;观察组45例,在基本药物治疗的基础上加用依达拉奉注射液。比较两组患者在不同治疗方法下神经功能的情况。结果:数据经统计学处理,观察组显效率、总有效率均高于对照组,差异具有显著性,P<0.05。观察组治疗后7d、14d神经功能缺损评分(ESS)均高于对照组,差异具有显著性,P<0.05。观察组治疗后7d、14dBI指数均高于对照组,差异具有显著性,P<0.05。结论:依达拉奉是新型、有效的神经保护剂,能够改善脑卒中患者神经功能缺损症状,恢复受损神经功能,值得推广应用。

Influence of edaravone on neurological function of stroke patients

Objective: To investigate influence of edaravone on neurological function of stroke patients.Methods: A total of 90 stroke patients were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets and compound Danshen injection while observation group was also given an extra edaravone injection.Neurological function of two groups was compared.Results: Both obvious effective rate and the total effective rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 7 and 14 days of treatment,ESS and BI index of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P both <0.05).Conclusion: Edaravone is an effective,novel neuroprotective agent which can improve the neurological deficit of patients with stroke and promote recovery of the damaged nerve function,thus it's worthy of application in large scale.
