胰岛素生长因子结合蛋白-1联合HCG在胎膜早破诊断中的价值

目的:探讨阴道分泌物中的胰岛素生长因子结合蛋白-1(IGFBP-1)联合HCG在胎膜早破预测中的意义。方法:分析85例胎膜早破组和80例胎膜未破组分别进行阴道液IGFBP-1和HCG检测(实验组)以及单纯HCG检测(对照组)。结果:IGFBP-1联合HCG试纸筛选试验各项评价指标均高于HCG检测,灵敏度、特异性、准确度、试验阳性预测值、试验阴性预测值比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合检测阴道分泌物中的IGFBP-1与HCG是诊断胎膜早破快速、准确的方法。

Value of insulin-like growth factor binding protein 1 combined with HCG in the diagnosis of premature rupture of membranes

Objective: To study the value of vaginal fluid insulin-like growth factor binding protein 1 combined with HCG in the diagnosis of premature rupture of membranes.Methods:A total of 85 cases with premature rupture of membrane(PROM) and 80 cases without PROM had vaginal fluid IGFBP-1 and HCG detection(experimental group) and pure HCG detection(control group).Results: The indexes of IGFBP-1 combined with HCG dipstick screening tests were higher than the HCG detection,the differences of sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,test positive predictive value,negative predictive value were significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:United detection of vaginal secretions IGFBP-1 and HCG is a fast and accurate method for the diagnosis of premature rupture of membranes..
