北京某大学学生参与心肺复苏知识技能培训效果分析

目的了解北京某大学学生对心肺复苏知识的掌握情况与培训效果,为高校对大学生开展培训心肺复苏知识技能提供科学依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对377人自愿参加培训的大学生,于培训前后进行心肺复苏有关知识的调查。结果被调查的大学生中,93.10%认为学习心肺复苏知识是必要的,92.04%对实施心肺复苏的态度积极。培训前后大学生对心肺复苏知识的掌握均有显著提高(P<0.01),但其中操作性强的人工呼吸与开放气道技术培训后合格率仍不足40.00%。结论大学生参与式心肺复苏知识技能培训效果显著,值得在各大高校推广。

A Beijing university student involved in cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge and skills training effectiveness analysis

Objective To understand the status of CPR knowledge mastery and training effectiveness for a Beijing University students,and to provide a scientific basis for training undergraduates cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge and skills.Methods A self-designed questionnaire with the investigation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge was applied among 377 students voluntarily participate in training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation before and after training.Results The college students surveyed,93.10 % believe that learning cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge is necessary,92.04 % show the positive attitude for using cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Before and after training students improve the knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation significantly(P<0.01),But students qualified rate after the training of workable artificial respiration and the airway open is still less than 40 %.Conclusion: There is remarkable effect on Students participatory training for knowledge and skills of CPR,and it Worth to execute the promotion in various universities.
