临产产妇分娩前血小板参数和凝血纤溶系统指标的变化研究

目的:探讨临产产妇分娩前血小板参数和凝血纤溶系统指标的变化情况。方法:选取2010年6月～2012年6月于本院生产的85例临产产妇为观察组,同期体检的85例未孕妇女为对照组,将两组产妇分娩前的血小板参数、凝血指标及纤溶指标进行比较。结果:观察组的PT、APTT、TT均短于对照组,FIB高于对照组,D-D、FDP及Ⅷ︰C均高于对照组,AT-Ⅲ低于对照组,PDW及MPV高于对照组,PLT及PCT低于对照组,且妊娠高血压综合征患者的波动幅度要大于未伴有妊娠高血压综合征的孕妇,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:临产产妇分娩前血小板参数和凝血纤溶系统指标呈现高凝状态,尤其是对于妊高征产妇应给予重视。

Change of platelet parameters,coagulation and fibrinolysis indexes of parturient women before delivery

Objective: To study the changes of platelet parameters,coagulation and fibrinolysis indexes of parturient women before delivery.Methods:A total of 85 parturient women treated in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 were selected as observation group,and 85 non-pregnant women with health examination results were selected as control group,then the platelet parameters,coagulation and fibrinolysis indexes of two groups were compared.Results:The PT,APTT and TT of observation group were all shorter than those of control group,FIB was higher than that of control group,D-D,FDP and Ⅷ︰C were all higher than those of control group,AT-Ⅲ was lower than that of control group,PDW and MPV were higher than those of control group,PLT and PCT were lower than those of control group,and the wave amplitude of parturient women with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome were bigger than those without pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome(all P<0.05).Conclusions:The platelet parameters,coagulation and fibrinolysis indexes of parturient women before delivery are in hypercoagulable state,especially for those with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome,and this should be paid attention to.
