养血清脑颗粒联合舍曲林治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效观察

目的:研究养血清脑颗粒联合舍曲林治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:94例卒中后抑郁患者被随机分配到舍曲林组(32)、联合治疗组(32)和对照组(30)。舍曲林组患者给予舍曲林50～100mg/d,联合治疗组在舍曲林治疗基础上给予养血清脑颗粒,3次/d,1袋(4g)/次,阿米替林组患者给予阿米替林25mg～150mg/d,疗程8周。依据HAMD减分率评定临床疗效,采用副反应量表(TESS)评定治疗后的不良反应。结果:联合治疗组治疗2周后抑郁症状得以改善,舍曲林组及对照组4周时症状才改善;联合治疗组及舍曲林组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),联合治疗组疗效优于舍曲林组但无统计学差异。结论:养血清脑颗粒联合舍曲林治疗抑郁起效快,安全可靠。

Therapeutic effects of Yangxueqingnao granule combined with sertraline on poststroke depression

Objective: To study the clinical effects of Yangxueqingnao granule combined with sertraline on poststroke depression.Methods: A total of 94 patients with poststroke depression were divided randomly into sertraline group,therapeutic alliance group and control group.Patients in sertraline group were treated with sertraline(50-100 mg qd.p.o.) for 8 weeks.Patients in therapeutic alliance group were treated with Yangxueqingnao granule(4 g tid p.o.) combined with Sertraline(50-100 mg qd.p.o.) for 8 weeks.Patients in control group were treated with amitriptyline(12.5-75 mg bid.p.o.) for 8 weeks.Curative effects were evaluated based on HAMD,and adverse effects were evaluated based on TESS.Results: Depression symptoms of patients in therapeutic alliance group were improved after 2 weeks treatment,and symptoms of patients in sertraline or control group were improved after 4 weeks treatment.Curative effects of sertraline group and therapeutic alliance group were significant better than that of the control group,and that of therapeutic alliance group was better than sertraline group's also,but without statistic difference.Conclusions: Yangxueqingnao granule combined sertraline is safe and quick-response in treating poststroke depression.
