2005-2007年河南省甲型副伤寒沙门菌PFGE分型

目的了解2005-2007年河南省甲型副伤寒沙门菌流行基因型别。方法菌株用XbaI限制性内切酶酶切,脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)进行分型,NTSYSpc 2.1软件聚类分析。结果来自河南省登封市伤寒、副伤寒沙门菌监测点的70株甲型副伤寒人源分离菌株,根据XbaI酶切PGFE基因指纹图谱分析,70株菌出现三个PFGE基因型别,分别是0001、0002、0007基因型,其中0001是首次在河南发现的甲型副伤寒基因型别。结论 0001基因型2005年在河南省首次发现,2006-2007年成为甲型副伤寒在当地流行的优势基因型。

Study on the molecular typing of salmonella paratyphi A strains with pulsed field gel electrophoresis in Henan province,2005-2007

Objective To understand the main epidemic genotype of Salmonella paraytphi A in the year from 2005 to 2007,in Henan Province.Methods Isolates were digested with XbaI,Pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)was used for molecular typing of isolates and clustering of patterns was analyzed with NTSYSpc 2.1 software.Results Based on the size and number of restriction fragments and patterns digested by XbaI,the 70 isolates of Salmonella paraytphi A from the patients at the two monitoring sites of Dengfeng,Henan province could be divided into 3 PFGE genotypes,0001、0002 and 0007 genotype.Genetype 0001 was discovered for the first time in Henan province.Conclusion Genotype 0001 of Salmonella paraytphi A was discovered for the first time in Henan province,then became the prevalence genotype of Salmonella paraytphi A in the year 2006 and 2007.
