中药添加剂降低烟气悬凝物诱导16HBE细胞损伤的实验研究

目的:观察中药添加剂降低烟气悬凝物诱导16HBE细胞损伤的作用.方法:使用人类支气管上皮细胞系16HBE细胞,建立细胞烟气悬凝物染毒模型,检测染毒后细胞活力,氧化应激水平,TNF-α、IL-8分泌情况.结果:烟气悬凝物染毒后,细胞活力下降,氧化应激水平升高,TNF-α、IL-8分泌增加.含中药添加剂组烟气悬凝物染毒后细胞活力高于普通烟组,LDH释放及氧化应激水平降低,TNF-α、IL-8分泌减少.结论:烟气悬凝物染毒16HBE细胞可致细胞活力下降及氧化应激水平升高,细胞因子分泌增加,中药添加剂可缓解以上情况.

Experimental Study on the Decreasing Effect of Herbal Additives on 16HBE Cell Injuries Induced by Smoke Condensate

Objective： To investigate the effect of Chinese llerbal additives on 16HBE cell injuries induced by smoke condensate. Methods： Methods： Human bronchial epithelial cell line 16HBE cells were used to establish smoke condensate exposure model to detect the cell viability, oxidative stress and secretion of TNF - α, IL - 8 after exposure to toxin. Results： After exposm＇e to smoke condensate, the cell viability decreased, oxidative stress levels were elevated, the secretion of＂ TNF-α, IL- 8 in- creased. In Chinese herbal additive group, alter exposure to smoke condensate, cell viability was higher than that of normal group, LDH release and oxidative stress levels decrased, the secretion of TNF -α and IL- 8 reduced. Conclusion： 16HBE cells exposed to smoke condensate can decrease the cell viability and increase the oxidative stress levels and eytokine secretion, Chinese herbal additives can alleviate the above eondition.
