腺性膀胱炎30例临床诊疗分析

目的探讨腺性膀胱炎的诊断和治疗方法。方法经膀胱镜检查结合组织活检确诊30例腺性膀胱炎,均经尿道电切以及保留膀胱灌注治疗。结果30例患者随诊6～48个月,2例复发,无一例癌变。结论膀胱镜检查结合组织活检对早期诊断腺性膀胱炎具有重要意义;经尿道电切加膀胱药物灌注是治疗腺性膀胱炎的主要方法。

The diagnosis and treatment of Cystitis glandularis (report of 30 cases)

Objective Purpose To approach the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of cystitis glandularis. Methods Thirty cases of cystitis glandulans were diagnosed by cystoscope examination with pathologic studies and treated with TUR and bladder instillation.Results All patients have been followed up for 6 to 48 months. 2 cases recurred.There was no malignant change in all cases.Conclusion Cystoscope examination with pathologic studies are important for early diagnosis of cystitisg landularis .Transurethral resection combined with bladder instillation of drug may be the main treatment for cystitis glandularis.
