微粒化非诺贝特对原发性高脂血症病人血脂和血液流变性的影响

摘    要:目的:观察微粒化非诺贝特的降血脂疗效及是否有改善血液流变性的作用。方法:67例原发性高脂血症病人(男性51例,女性16例;年龄54a±s11a)给微粒化非诺贝特200mg,po,qn,疗程8wk。结果:治疗8wk后血清三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和载脂蛋白B100显著低于治疗前水平(P<0.01或P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与载脂蛋白AI升高,(P<0.05);另外血浆粘度、凝血因子I、血小板粘附率和血细胞比容较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:微粒化非诺贝特能有效降低高血脂,同时明显改善了病人的高粘血症。

Abstract:AIM: To study the effects of micronised fenofibrate on serum lipid level and hemorheologic changes in patients with primary hyperlipidemia. METHODS: Sixty_seven patients (M 51, F 16; age 54 a±s 11 a) with hyperlipidemia received micronised fenofibrate 200 mg (200 mg/cap), po, qn×8 wk. RESULTS: After 8 wk, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, and apolipoprotein B 100 levels were decreased (P<0.01 or P<0.05), high density lipoprotein cholesterol and apolipoprotein AI level was increased (P<0.05); plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, platelet adhesion rate , and hematocrit were decreased ( P < 0.01 or P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Micronised fenofibrate is beneficial on adjusting lipid level and blood viscosity.
