| 摘 要： | 医院集团作为医院改革的一种模式，具有重要意义。但其作为新生事物，也不可避免的出现了一些问题。文章针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策和建议：发展医院集团应加强政府的扶持力度和监管力度；强化产权联结，增强凝聚力；完善内部管理机制；促进集团规模的合理化和加强文化整合等。

| Abstract: | As a kind of mode of hospital reform,hospital group has important significance.But as a newborn thing,it also ineluctably appears some problems.This paper brought up the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions aiming at the existing problem as following:(1) enhancing support and supervision from government when developing hospital group;(2) enhancing the coupling of ownership to strengthen cohesion;(3) perfecting internal management mechanism;(4) promoting rationalization of scale of group;and(5) enhancing integration of culture and so on. |
