| 摘 要： | 人口老龄化使老年人口日益增多。城镇基本医疗保险制度是老年人口目前主要的医疗保健制度。人口老龄化使基本医疗保险费收入减少。使基本医疗保险金支出增加，使基本医疗保险制度的公平性受到挑战。应该进一步采取措施完善老年人口的医疗保健制度，以有效保障老年人口健康。

| Abstract: | The population aging leads to an ever larger population of the elderly citizens. The urban basic medical insurance institution is the main medicare institution for the elderly. Population aging makes the premium of basic medical insurance decrease, makes the benefit of basic medical insurance increase, and also makes the fairness of basic medical insurance become challenging. Therefore we should adopt some methods to perfect the elderly medicare institution and protect effectively the elderly health. |
