| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨散结灵颗粒剂治疗甲状腺机能低下的药理作用。方法：采用药物诱发和去甲状腺方法造成甲状腺机能低下动物模型，测定散结灵颗粒剂对其T3、T4、cAMP、耐寒冷对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果：散结灵颗粒剂可明显提高动物模型的T3、T4、cAMP的含量，延长耐寒冷死亡时间，提高碳粒廓清指数，与对照组比较有显著差异。结论：散结灵颗粒剂对动物模型有实验治疗作用，提高正常小鼠的非特异性免疫功能。

The Experimental Research of Pharmacologic Effects of Sanjieling Granules |

| Abstract: | Objective:The pharmacologic effects of Sanjieling Granules on hypothyroldism are studied.Methods:With the animal model induced by thiamazole and thyroidectomized, T 3, T 4, cAMP, cold-resistant and the immunity function of mice affected by Sanjieling Granules are determined.Results:The content of T 3, T 4, cAMP of amimal models, and the death time of cold-resistant prolonged, and clearance index increased. There was a marked difference compared with contrast group.Conclusion:Sanjieling Granules possess the effects of experimental treatment to animal models, and improve nonspecific immunity function of mice. |
