转化生长因子β对肿瘤免疫抑制作用的研究进展

转化生长因子β(TGF-β)具有调节细胞生长、分化,调控细胞凋亡,促进细胞外基质合成和血管的新生,抑制机体免疫反应等多种生物学功能,与良恶性肿瘤的发生发展有密切的关系。近年来研究表明,TGF-β是一种很强的免疫抑制因子,可通过抑制机体免疫系统杀伤肿瘤细胞,促进肿瘤的生长、侵袭及转移,本文就TGF-β对肿瘤免疫抑制作用的研究进展做一综述。

Immunosuppression of Transforming Growth Factor-β in Carcinoma

Transforming growth factor-β has many biological functions,including resistance to antiproliferative signals and independence from exogenous growth signal, promoting tissue invasion and metastasis, evasion of apoptosis, induction of angiogenesis and immunosuppression. It also has been considered to be related to tumor occurrence. Many research demonstrated that TGF-β is a potent immunosuppessive cytokine which can invase the immune system, faciliate the tumor＇s growth, evasion and metastasis.This article reviewed the research advancements in the study of the immunosuppession of TGF-β.
