电针加经络氧疗法治疗失眠症的临床疗效

目的 评价电针加经络氧疗法和单纯经络氧疗法治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法 80例失眠差症患者随机分为两组,电针加经络氧组 44例,单纯经络氧组 36例,疗程 30d。结果 治疗前、后采用睡眠状况问卷自评量表评分,电针加经络氧组显效率为 79. 5%,单纯经络氧组显效率为 58. 3%,电针加经络氧组显著高于单纯经络氧组的疗效,两组各个量表减分率差异均有显著性 (P<0. 05)。结论 治疗失眠症电针加经络氧组明显好于单纯经络氧组的疗效,电针加经络氧疗法是治疗失眠症的一个新疗法。

Clinical effective study on channel acupuncture plus oxygen with electroacupuncture in the treatment for insomnia

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effects of chanel acupuncture plus oxygen with electropuncture and channel acupuncture plus oxygen alone for insomnia.MethodsThe patients were randomly divided into two groups .44 patients were in the group of channel acupuncture plus oxygen with electroacupuncture and 36 patients were in the group of the channel acupuncture plus oxygen alone.The process for treatment was 30 days ,and all patients were evaluated by the mean of the scale of sleep condition by oneself assess before and after the treatment. ResultsThe markedly improved rate of the group of channel acupuncture plus oxygen with electroacupuncture was 79.5%,the markedly improved rate of the group of channel acupuncture plus oxygen alone was 58.3%.The group of channel acupuncture plus oxygen with electroacupuncture had a better treatment effect than the group of channel acupuncture plus oxygen alone. The total score of each scale decreased significantly after treatment in both groups.Conclusion The channel acupuncture plus oxygen with electroacupuncture therapy is superior to the channel Acupuncture plus oxygen alone therapy in the treatment of insomnia and the channel acupuncture plus oxygen with electroacupuncture therapy could provide a new therapeutic way for insomnia.
