烧伤患者并发抑郁情绪障碍的影响因素分析

目的探讨不同时期烧伤患者抑郁发生的影响因素。方法采用Zung抑郁量表及自编影响因素量表调查不同时期烧伤患者抑郁发生影响因素的相关分析。结果不同时期烧伤患者抑郁并发有显著差异,治疗期患者更容易受烧伤严重程度、烧伤面积等生理因素影响,康复期患者更容易受身体功能、社会功能、家庭气氛等社会因素影响。结论针对不同时期烧伤患者抑郁发生的影响因素,制订切实可行有效的认知-行为干预方式,确保心理干预和治疗的有效性。

Influential factors analysis of burn patients with depression at different burn stage

Objective To analyze the influential factors of the burn patients with depression at different burn stage.Methods Analyze the influential factors correlation of burn patients in different burn stage.Results The rate of burn patients with depression had very manifest difference in different burn stage.The influential factors correlation was also different.The patients in therapy stage were more easily affected by physiological factors such as burn severity and burn total area. The patients in rehabilitation stage were more easily affected by social factors such as physical function,family atmosphere,etc.Conclusion According to the different influential factors of burn patient with depression in different stage,to make different psychological intervention is very efficacy.
