妇科疾病影响因素分析

目的探讨妇科疾病的发病因素,为减少妇科疾患,提高妇女卫生保健水平,做好妇保工作提供资料。方法2001年济南铁路局女职工在我院进行妇女病普查,随机选取2038例妇女查体情况作为原始资料,就影响妇科疾病的因素进行分类统计分析。结果文化水平低和有痛经者宫体炎发病率越高;卫生习惯不好者阴道炎发病率高;工人职业附件炎发病率高;年龄越小宫颈炎发病率越高,而年龄越大附件炎和子宫肌瘤发病率越高。结论不同职业、不同年龄女性妇科疾病存在差异,符合客观规律,文化程度制约了就业选择与经济收入,并决定了个人卫生习惯,使不同疾病发病率不相同。

Analysis the Influential factors of the Gynecologic Diseases

Objective To discuss the influential factors of the gynecologic diseases for decreasing gynecologic diseases,improving the women's health and making women's health care well. Methods The 2038 cases women of Jinan railway bureau who were checked-up for gynecologic diseases in 2001 were analyzed with statistics for the influential factors of the gynecologic diseases. Results The incidence of uterine body inflammation was high in women who had lower education and dysmerorrhea; The incidence of the vaginitis was higher in women with bad hygienic habits; The worker had higher incidence of annexitis; The lower age was,the higher incidence of cervicitis was ; while the higher age was,the higher incidence of annexitis and leiomyoma of uterus was. Conclusion The incidence of gynecologic diseases are different in different occupation and age,because there are influential factors such as the degree of education,occupation,hygienic habits.
