醒脑注射液在脑梗死患者中的应用及安全性研究

目的:分析醒脑静注射液在脑梗死患者中的应用效果及安全性.方法:选取2016年12月至2017年6月100例急性脑梗死患者作为观察对象,按照简单随机法随机分为观察组与对照组各50例.对照组采用常规西药治疗措施,观察组则在对照组的基础上加入醒脑静注射液.观察两组患者的临床疗效,并采用量表评价的形式比较两组患者治疗前、治疗1个月后神经缺损情况(NIHSS评分)、日常生活能力评分(Barthel指数)的变化,同时记录两组患者在治疗期间出现的不良反应.结果:观察组与对照组的临床疗效为92.0％和82.0％,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前NIHSS评分与Barthel指数与治疗后相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但观察组患者改善幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间均无严重不良反应发生,提示醒脑注射液具有较高的安全性.结论:醒脑静注射液在脑梗死患者中具有较好的应用效果,能够有效改善患者的神经功能缺失情况、提高患者的日常生活能力,能够有效改善患者的生活质量,且不良反应少,值得在临床中推广使用.

Application of Xingnaojing Injection in Patients with Cerebral Infarction and Its Safety

Objective:To analyze the effect and safety of Xingnaojing injection in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods: 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction from December 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with Xingnaojing injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and the changes of the neurological deficits(NIHSS score)and the daily life ability score(Barthel index)were compared before and after treatment for two months before treatment,and the two groups Patient during the treatment of adverse reactions.Results: The clinical efficacy of the observation group and the control group was 92.0％and 82.0％,the observation group was better than the control group(P <0.05);before and after treatment NIHSS score and Barthel index and after treatment,were statistically significant(P <0.05).However,the improvement rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period,which indicated that the brain was safe.Conclusion: Xingnaojing injection has a good effect in patients with cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve the neurological deficits of patients and improve the daily life ability of patients.It can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and has few adverse reactions.Promote the use of clinical.
