| 摘 要： | 目的:观察介入治疗对合并糖尿病的老年急性心肌梗死患者心脏功能的影响.方法:入选2010年6月至2012年5月在承德医学院附属医院心内科住院治疗合并糖尿病的老年急性心肌梗死患者198例,行介入治疗的合并糖尿病的老年急性心肌梗死患者(介入组)96例,未行介入治疗的合并糖尿病的老年急性心肌梗死患者(对照组)102例.两组患者均给予抑制心室重构的药物,6个月时行心脏超声检查评价心脏功能.结果:介入组患者出院后6个月与出院时相比心脏收缩功能的改善、心室重构的逆转较出院时差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组患者出院后6个月与出院时相比心脏收缩功能的改善、心室重构的逆转较出院对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:介入治疗对合并糖尿病的老年急性心肌梗死患者心脏功能的改善有更好的临床效果.

Clinical Study of Percutaneous Coronary Intervention(PCI) on Cardiac Function of Elderly Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction complicated with Diabetes Mellitus |

| Abstract: | Objective:Objective: To observe the effect of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)on cardiac function of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods: The elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups,PCI group and control group.The patients were given anti-neurohormone drug and then were followed up 6 months.The heart function and changes of ventricular remodeling were compared in statistical aspect between two groups.Results: The improvement of heart function and change of ventricular remodeling were significantly different in statics between two groups.Conclusion: PCI can significantly improve heart function and inhibit ventricular remodelling of the elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with diabetes mellitus. |
