人文关怀护理对肝癌晚期患者的应用效果观察

目的:观察人文关怀护理对肝癌晚期患者疼痛、情绪以及睡眠质量的影响,探讨人文关怀护理的临床价值.方法:选取我院2013年2月至2016年6月收治的260例肝癌晚期患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各130例.分别于治疗前和治疗4周后对两组患者的疼痛、情绪以及睡眠质量的改变进行比较分析.结果:两组患者治疗前在疼痛VAS评分、SDS和SAS评分以及匹兹堡睡眠治疗指数方面均无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组疼痛VAS评分、SDS和SAS评分以及匹兹堡睡眠治疗指数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义.结论:通过对肝癌晚期患者实施人文关怀护理能进一步缓解患者的疼痛程度、减少焦虑抑郁等负性情绪的发生,并以此改善患者的睡眠质量,具有普遍实用的应用价值.

Humanistic Nursing Care in Patients with Advanced Liver Cancer

Objective:To observe the effect of humanistic care nursing for pain, mood and the sleep quality of patients with terminal cancer, to explore the clinical value of humanism care. Methods:260 cases of terminal cancer patients treated in our hospital from February 2013 to June 2016 were selected as the re-search objects, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group was 130 ca-ses. The situation of pain, mood and sleep quality before and 4 weeks after treatment of patients in two groups were comparatively analyzed. Results: There was no difference of patients between two groups in pain VAS score, SDS and SAS scores and Pittsburgh sleep therapy index before treatment(P > 0.05), the pain VAS score, SDS and SAS scores and Pittsburgh sleep treatment index of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than that of the control group ( P < 0.05) , the difference was statistically significant. Con-clusion:The implementation of humanistic care for patients with terminal cancer can reduce the pain, reduce the occurrence of negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, and improve the sleep quality of patients, it has widely practical application value.
