盐酸埃克替尼治疗EGFR突变状态明确的晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

目的:探讨EGFR突变状态检查明确的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者应用盐酸埃克替尼治疗的效果与安全性.方法:选取2013~2016年收治的EGFR基因突变状态确定的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者90例,随机平均分为两组,观察组选择埃克替尼治疗,对照组选择吉非替尼治疗.结果:治疗6周后两组患者的疾病有效率与疾病控制率不存在明显差异(P>0.05).两组患者疾病进展时间无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组患者平均生存时间相比对照组明显延长(P<0.05).两组患者均无严重毒副反应,不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05).结论:盐酸埃克替尼治疗EGFR明确基因突变状态的非小细胞肺癌患者,能够取得与进口吉非替尼相近的临床治疗效果,还可以相对延长生存时间,安全性较好,疗效可以肯定.

Hydrochloric Acid Treatment for ek,EGFR Mutation Status Clear Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Clinical Observation

Objective:to study the EGFR mutation status check clear with hydrochloric acid ek late non-small cell lung cancer patients for treatment effect and safety. Methods:Choose 2013 ~ 2016 state of EGFR mutations were identified 90 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients, randomly divided into two groups, observation group choose ek for treatment, the treatment group therapy.Results:6 weeks after treatment of two groups of patients with diseases efficiently and disease control there is no obvious difference (P > 0.05).Two groups of patients with disease progression time there was no significant difference (P > 0. 05), the observation group patients were significantly longer than the average survival time (P < 0.05).Two groups of patients had no serious adverse reaction, the incidence of adverse reactions was no significant differ-ence (P > 0.05).Conclusion:Hydrochloric acid for ek, treatment of EGFR gene mutation status definitely non-small cell lung cancer patients, the treatment can be achieved with imported similar clinical treatment effect, can also be relative to prolong survival time, better security, curative effect to be sure.
