腹腔镜手术对老年直肠癌患者的近期疗效观察

目的:研究直肠癌老年患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗的近期效果.方法:临床纳入2013年9月至2015年9月期间收治的88例直肠癌老年患者作为研究对象,所有患者按入院顺序分为两组各44例.其中44例患者采用开腹手术治疗作为对照组,另44例患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗作为观察组.观察两组患者的手术情况、术后恢复指标情况以及并发症情况.结果:观察组仅手术时间长于对照组,在出血量、淋巴结清除个数以及住院时间方面均优于对照组,P<0.05.观察组术后排气时间、术后进食时间、导尿管留置时间以及下床活动时间均短于对照组,P<0.05.观察组、对照组并发症发生率分别为6.82%、18.18%,观察组发生率明显较低,P<0.05.结论:腹腔镜手术对直肠癌患者除手术时间较长以外,相对于开腹手术来说创伤小,恢复较快,淋巴结清除更多,术后并发症少,值得临床应用及推广.

Short term Efficacy of Laparoscopic Surgery in Elderly Patients with Rectal Cancer

Objective:To study the short-term effects of laparoscopic surgery for rectal cancer in elder-ly patients. Methods:88 cases of rectal cancer in elderly patients admitted to our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were enrolled in the study. All patients were divided into two groups according to the order of admission, each group had 44 cases. Among them, 44 cases were treated by open surgery as control group;the other 44 cases were treated by laparoscopic operation as observation group. The operation condi-tion, postoperative recovery indicators and complications of the two groups of patients were observed. Results:The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, the amount of bleeding, the number of lymph nodes and the length of stay in hospital were better than those in the control group ( P<0. 05) . Postoperative exhaust time, eating time, catheter indwelling time and the time of getting out of bed in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group and control group were 6.82% and 18.18% respectively, and the incidence rate of the observation group was significantly lower (P<0.05.). Conclusion:For rectal cancer patients, compared with open surgery, in addition to longer operation time, laparoscopic surgery has less trauma, faster recovery, more lymph node clearance, less postoperative complications, etc. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
