朝天委陵菜化学成分研究

摘    要:目的研究朝天委陵菜Potentilla supina的化学成分。方法采用硅胶和Sephadex LH-20进行色谱柱分离,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从回流法和冷浸法提取得到的乙醇提取物的石油醚、醋酸乙酯萃取部位中分离得到11个单体化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、齐墩果酸(2)、野鸦椿酸(3)、乌苏酸(4)、委陵菜酸(5)、2α,3α,19α,23-四羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(6)、胡萝卜苷(7)、七叶内酯(8)、芹菜素(9)、野蔷薇苷(10)、紫云英苷(11)。结论化合物1~11均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Potentilla supina.Methods Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography was applied for the constituents isolation and their structures were identified by means of spectroscopic and chemical data.Results Eleven compounds were isolated from petroleum ether and ethyl acetate fractions of the EtOH extract with reflux and maceration methods.Their structrures were identified as β-sitosterol(1),oleanic acid(2),euscaphic acid(3),ursolic acid(4) tormentic acid(5),2α,3α,19α,23-tetraydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid(6),daucosterol(7),aesculetin(8),apigenin(9),rosamultin(10),and astragalin(11).Conclusion All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
