天然联苄类化合物研究进展

摘    要:联苄类化合物广泛存在于各类植物中,结构新颖,类型多变,具有神经保护、抗肿瘤、抗茼、抗炎等多种药理活性。本文从联苄类化合物的植物来源、化学成分以及生物活性三方面对近年来的研究报导进行综述,为今后研究开发提供依据。

Abstract:Bibenzyls,with novel structures and changeable types, exist in various plants widely. They have broad bioactivities, such as neuroprotective, anticancer, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activities. In this paper, we made a systematic review of plant origin, chemistry and pharmacology, and made a prospect to the future development, which can provide reference in the further research and development of bibenzyls.
