草珊瑚的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的研究草珊瑚Sandragtabra的化学成分。方法应用萃取、重结晶和现代色谱技术对福建产草珊瑚进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从草珊瑚全草中分离得到17个化合物,分别葵定为:(一)-lithospermoside(1),10a—hydroxy-1-OX—ocrcmophila-7(11),8(9)_dien-8,12一olidc(2),异东莨菪葶(isoscopoletin,3),秦皮乙素(esculetin,4),芦丁(rutin,5),金丝桃苷(hyperoside。6),‘o·羟基大黄素(citreorosein,7),大黄酚(chrysophanol,8),大黄素-8-0一B—D一葡萄糖苷(emodin-8一O一13-D—ghcopyranoside,9),木栓酮(friedelin,10),鸟苏酸(ursolicacid,11),齐墩果酸(olcanolicacid,12),B一胡萝p苷(13-daucosterol,13),棕榈酸(palmiticacid,14),1-棕榈酸甘油酯(monopalmitin,15),5.羟甲基糠醛(5.hydroxylmethylfurfural,16),13-D.葡萄糖(B—D—glucose,17)。结论化合物1、2,3…789、10、12、15均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物1…237、9、10、12、15首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1…279、10首次从该科植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of sarcandra glabra. METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated by means of chromatography technologies and extraction, reerystallization methods. The structures were determined by chemical and spectroscopic methods. RESULTS Seventeen compounds were isolated and elucidated as ( - ) -lithospermoside ( 1 ), 10a-hydroxy-l-oxoeremophila-7 ( 11 ), 8 ( 9 ) -dien-8,12-olide ( 2 ), isoscopoletin ( 3 ), eseuletin (4), rutin ( 5 ), hyperoside ( 6 ), citreorosein ( 7 ), chrysophanol ( 8 ), emodin-8-O- 13-D- glucopyranoside (9), friedelin ( 10 ), ursolie acid ( 11 ), oleanolie acid ( 12 ), 13-daucosterol ( 13 ), palmitic acid ( 14), monopalmitin ( 15 ), 5-hydroxyl-methylfurfural ( 16 ), 13-D-glueose ( 17 ). CONCLUSION Compounds1,2 3,7,8,9,10,12 and 15 are isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1,2,3,7,9,10,12 and 15 are ob- tained from this genus for the first time. Compound 1,2,7,9 and 10 are isolated from Chloranthaceae for the first time.
