| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨甲状腺腺瘤规范的手术方式。方法：回顾分析1996－2000年采用以肿瘤为中心的甲状腺次全切除和一侧腺叶全切除的266例甲状腺腺瘤的病例。结果：全组均治愈，无近期并发症。随访1－5年无复发。结论：甲状腺腺瘤的甲状腺次全切除有其特殊性，应该采用以肿瘤为中心的甲状腺次全切除。术前术中确定肿瘤良恶性质是选择术式的基础。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the standardization of surgical style for thyroid adenoma Methods: 266 cases of thyroid adenoma undergoing unialteral subtotal or total thyroidectomy from 1996 to 2000 were reviewed The surgical style emphasized the importance that tumor was at the centra of excision Results: All the patients were cured without early complication, no recurrence was found within follow up of 1 to 5 years Conclusion: Subtotal thyroidectomy for thyroid adenoma has some specificaness, it should be advocated that tumor is at the centra of excision The key point of surgical style choice is the pre operative or intra operative pathologic diagnosis |
