| 摘 要： | 本文综述了普洱茶化学成分以及在抗肿瘤、减肥、降血脂、抗氧化、降血糖、抗疲劳、抗病毒、杀菌消炎等方面的研究进展。研究证实,普洱茶中的茶褐素在降脂减肥,杀菌方面具有独特功效,饮用普洱茶不会造成钙流失。最新研究表明,普洱茶能显著抑制艾滋病病毒和乙型肝炎病毒活性,对这两种病毒有潜在药物功效。

| Abstract: | It was reviewed that the chemical composition of pu-erh tea and the research progress in antitumor,reduce weight,antiatheroscloresis,antioxidation,antidiabetics,antifatigue,antivirus,the antibacteria and antiphlogosis.Research indicates that the theabrownin in pu-erh tea has distinctive function in reduce bloodlipid,reduce weight and antibacterial.It has already been confirmed that pu-erh tea drinking would not cause the loss of calcium.The latest research indicates that pu-erh tea can significantly suppress the activity of HIV and hepatitis B virus,these show us that pu-erh tea has apparent health care function and the potential drug efficacy for virus. |
