不同价态无机砷染毒大鼠尿液砷形态代谢产物构成比分析研究

摘    要:目的 通过不同价态染砷大鼠尿液中砷形态含量及比例的分析,寻找不同价态砷代谢和转轨间的差异,为进一步探讨砷代谢产物与砷中毒作用机制间的关系提供基础数据.方法 70只大鼠被随机分为7组,即对照组;亚砷酸钠高、中、低剂量组;砷酸钠高、中、低剂量组,70只大鼠分别经口摄入去离子水、亚砷酸钠和砷酸钠1个月后,采集各组大鼠尿样.采用高效液相色谱-氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定各组染砷大鼠尿液中砷形态的含量,并比较不同价态染砷组的构成比.结果 中剂量组,亚砷酸钠染毒大鼠尿液中iAs3+∶iAs5+∶DMA为36.1%∶3.0%∶60.8%;而砷酸钠染毒大鼠尿液中iAs3+∶iAs5+∶DMA为55.9%∶0.8%∶43.4%;两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.463,P<0.05).高、低剂量组比较差异无统计学意义.结论 不同价态无机砷的体内代谢和转轨不完全相同.
