股骨颈骨折内固定方法的比较与选择

目的：探讨不同内固定方法在股骨颈骨折中的疗效。方法：将4种不同内固定方法的治疗结果进行比较。结果：固定方法的不同对骨折愈合率有明显差异，但对股骨头坏死率影响不大，股骨头坏死率高低取决于创伤时股骨头血运破坏的程度。结论：空心钉操作简单，固定可靠，骨折的愈合率高，应作为股骨颈骨折手术的首选内固定材料。

Comparing and selection of internal fixations of femoral neck fractue

Objective: To evaluate the operative effects of different internal fixations on femoral neck fracture. Methods: The operative effects of 4 type of internal fixation were compared. Results: Different internal fixation had different healing rate of the fracture with marked difference,but had no major influence on the necrosis rate of femoral head.The frequency of the necrosis rate of the head depended on the distroied degree of blood supply to the head during primary injury. Conclusions: With a pression screw nail to perform internal fixation of the fracture is easy and simple. the fixation is firm. It should be the first choicd for the treatmenst of the fracture.
