| 摘 要： | 目的] 观察骨洗二方配合关节松动训练治疗胫骨平台骨折术后关节僵硬的疗效.方法] 对32例胫骨平台骨折术后关节僵硬患者,在术后2周内给予主动锻炼为主,辅以小幅度CPM(continuous passive motion)机功能锻炼;从术后第3周开始,给予中药骨洗二方(由薄荷、防风、豆豉、桂枝、威灵仙、半枫荷、独活、乳香、羌活、川五加皮、没药等组成)熏洗和关节松动训练(包括CPM机锻炼以及理疗师手法按摩).采用美国特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节功能评估系统分别评估术后6个月及12个月的膝关节功能.结果] 优21例,良8例,可3例,优良率为90.6%.结论] 中药骨洗二方熏洗和关节松动训练对胫骨平台骨折术后关节僵硬患者的膝关节功能恢复有促进作用.
