宣肺通腑法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期对照观察

目的]观察宣肺通腑法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效。方法]将62例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者随机分为两组,治疗组32例,在西医常规治疗的基础上采用宣肺通腑法治疗;对照组30例,采用西医常规治疗。两组均以10d为1疗程,治疗1个疗程后,进行疗效判定。结果]治疗组总有效率93.75%,对照组总有效率63.33%,治疗组优于对照组。结论]宣肺通腑法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期疗效显著。

Xuanfei Tongfu Method Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Acute Exacerbation Controlled Observation

Objective] To observe Xuanfei Tongfu method in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,acute exacerbation of clinical efficacy.Method] 62 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with acute exacerbation were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(32 cases),on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment Xuanfei Tongfu method treatment;30 patients,routine western medicine.Both groups was 10 days for a course of treatment,to determine the efficacy of a course of treatment.Results] The treatment group the total efficiency of 93.75% in the control group the total effective rate was 63.33% in the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion] Xuanfei Tongfu method in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,acute exacerbation of a significant effect.
