ERCP联合EST治疗胆总管结石280例临床研究

目的分析内镜逆行性的胰胆管造影（即ERCP）与十二指肠乳头切开取石术（即EST）联合治疗胆总管结石患者的护理效果。方法选取该院收治的280例患有胆总管结石的患者,对其施ERCP及EST联合取石手术。在手术前对患者进行心理护理,手术后加强对患者病情的观察,及时处理各种并发症。结果 280例患者中,250例手术成功;取净结石的概率为100%;患者平均住院时间为5d;并发症2例。结论手术前的充分准备以及手术后的精心护理有利于提高ERCP/EST相联合取石手术的成功率,并能对手术后各种并发症起到预防作用。2种方法联合有利于减轻对胆总管结石患者的身体造成的创伤,且手术后恢复速度快,手术后住院时间短,因此,这种手术手段值得推广。

ERCP Joint EST Treatment Bravery Manager 280 Cases of Experience

Methods To select this school 280 patients with common bile duct stones in patients, the application of ERCP and EST combined stone operation. In the operation of patients psychological nursing after operation, strengthen the patients condition observation, the timely processing of all kinds of complications. Results Among the 280 cases, 250 cases of operation success; remove the calculus of probability of 100%; with the average hospitalization time was 5 d; complications in 2 cases. Conclusion Full preparations before operation and after operation nursing care is beneficial to improving the ERCP / EST combined stone operation success rate of operation, and can play a role in preventing complications after. Two methods of joint is advantageous to reduce the common bile duct stones in patients with physical trauma after operation, and faster recovery after operation, short hospitalization time, therefore, the operation method is worth popularizing.
