小议逍遥散对不同分型慢性疲劳综合症的调治作用

摘    要:目的:通过逍遥散治疗虚型为主与实型为主的慢性疲劳综合症,进行两组间的疗效对比观察。从药理方面探讨逍遥散对慢性疲劳综合症的调治作用。方法:按研究对象按中医辨证分型分为虚型为主与实型为主两组,两组均使用逍遥散进行治疗。每日早晚各1次,每7d为1个疗程。治疗10个疗程后进行对比观察。结果:对比两组治疗后临床疗效比较,P0.01。实型为主组治疗前后积分比较,P0.01,虚型为主组治疗前后积分比较,P0.05。两组间比较,P0.01。结论:逍遥散对虚型慢性疲劳综合症有效,对实型为主的慢性疲劳综合症的临床疗效显著,可见逍遥散通过解郁补脾的作用可以调治慢性疲劳综合症,且在CFS治疗中解郁之效优于补益之效。可参考成为现代疾病针对社会、情志因素施治的组方之一。

Discussion about the regulative and therapeutic effect of Xiaoyao San on different types of chronic fatigue syndrome
Abstract:Objective: To compare the therapeutic effect of Xiaoyao San in treating deficiency and real type of chronic fatigue syndromes and to investigate its pharmacological mechanism. Methods: All the patients were randomly divided into the deficiency type of chronic fatigue syndrome and the real type of chronic fatigue syndrome. Both of the two groups were treated with Xiaoyao San, one time n&m, 7 days in a course of treatment. Therapeutic effects were observed and compared after 10 courses of treatment. Results: The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and there was a significant difference between them (P〈0.01). The accumulated points of the group with real type of chronic fatigue syndrome after treatment was significant changed compared with pretreatment (P〈0.01), while in the group with the deficiency type of chronic fatigue syndrome P〈0.05. And the difference between the two groups was significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Xiaoyao San was effective in treating the deficiency type of chronic fatigue syndrome, and had significant therapeutic effect in treating the real type of chronic fatigue syndrome. Xiaoyao San could recuperate the chronic fatigue syndrome by relieving depression and invigorating the spleen. And the effect of relieving depression was better than the effect of invigorating the spleen. Xiaoyao San was supposed to be an effective formula to chronic fatigue syndromes.
