| 摘 要： | 糖耐量减退(IGT)是糖尿病的前期状态,较之糖尿病,IGT人群更为庞大。IGT人群的增加是目前糖尿病患病率升高的重要原因之一。对IGT人群加以干预,已成为糖尿病一级预防的一项重要内容。近年来,血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)类药物对IGT人群的干预作用越来越引起人们的关注,现就ACEI类药物防治IGT的研究现状进行回顾。
