简阳市人感染猪链球菌病流行病学及临床特征分析

目的分析简阳市41例人感染猪链球菌病例的流行病学及临床特征。方法使用统一设计的问卷对所有病例进行关于发病过程、危险因素、临床症状、预后等情况的调查。结果此次感染猪链球菌病例以男性为主(32/41),农民占绝大多数(39/41),半月内均有明显的病死猪接触史。此次发病具有潜伏期短、起病急、病情重等特点。休克型病例死亡率较高(7/9)。结论所有病例传染源明确,均通过病死猪感染,无二代病例。早期预防休克是降低猪链球菌患者死亡率的重点措施。

Epidemiology and Clinical Characters of Patients Infected With Streptococcus suis Type 2 in Jianyang

Objective To investigate epidemiology and clinical characters of 41 patients infected with S.suis type 2 in Jianyang City. Method Unified questionnaires were used to investigate disease courses, risk factors, clinical symptoms and prognosis etc. Result Most of patients infected with S.suis type 2 were male(32/41), and peasant (39/41). All of them had contacted the dead sick pigs. The incubation periods of patients were short, and states of the illness were severe. Fatality of shock type was high (7/9). Conclusion All the reserviors of infection were clear, which were dead sick pigs. No secondary patients were found. The early treatment of the patients with shock is the key point to reduce fatality.
