| 摘 要： | 目的:研究当归注射液的镇痛作用.方法:采用小鼠扭体法、小鼠热板法、大鼠电刺激鼠尾法进行镇痛实验.结果:当归注射液可显著抑制醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应,作用强度呈剂量依赖性,且可提高热板法所致小鼠痛觉反应的痛阈及大鼠电刺激法所致的痛阈,其强度与阿司匹林相当.结论:当归注射液具有镇痛作用.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the Analgesic sinensis effect of angelica injection. METHODS The analgesic effects were studied by writhing,hot plate test in mice and electric stimulation test in rats. RESULTS Angelica sinensis injection obviously restrained the writhing reaction induced by acetic acid, its intensity was related to the dose, it also evaluated pain threshold of mice on the hotplate and rats on electric stimulation. CONCLUSION Angelica sinensis injection has analgesia effect. |
